This is a book shaped cake in vanilla butter cake with buttercream and covered with Vanilla Satin Ice Fondant. The cake was for the Food Stamp Policy Administrator for the State of Delaware for her retirement party (1 of 2 cakes) The joke was that in 2009 the name of the Food Stamp program was changed to the Food Benefit program, so I made the change as a "cross out". She loved the cake.
