This was for my Step Mom's 80th birthday celebration. It was a white chocolate cake, with cakes split to make 4 layers per tier, filled with lime curd and raspberry mousse, frosted with white chocolate buttercream and decorated with buttercream and fondant/gumpaste roses. Sorry for the poor quality of the photo. The icing isn't shiny - I sprinkled the cake with Wilton's sparkly white "flakes." Thanks for looking!
