2 tier (10 & 6") cinnamon roll cake covered in maple buttercream and covered in MMF. Inspiration was from Melanie at Cake Walk blog. All decorations are sugar paste. The toddler was my first time making a sugar paste figure. Number was painted with disco dust. Stars are on galvanized steel wire (like that used in milk buckets). The grenade seems out of place b/c there was supposed to be a BDU uniform top on the opposite side, but the sleeve fell off when I was placing it on the cake... I had a bit of an over decorating monster come out of me with this cake anyway, but I'm still pretty pleased with the result.
