Roses And Lilles 3 Tier Wedding Cake

I made this wedding cake for a mate this year. Two of the tiers were chocolate cake with a Bailey's Buttercream, the other one was a Mardia sponge cake. The Flowers were all made by hand using gum paste.

Bailey's buttercream sounds wonderful! Would you mind sharing the recipe?

For the baileys buttercream, i did my usual double the amount of icing sugar to unsalted butter and then added baileys instead of milk. I didn't measure the baileys out just did it to taste! I added quite a lot and it still set. Hope you have fun making it!
