Chantel's birthday topsy turvy. 12" square base is French Vanilla, 8" round center is Margarita (it IS her 21st birthday afterall!), and top is 6" square French Vanilla. She asked for a 'fabulous'cake and I think she got it! I used the styro wedge method for this one and I was very conservative on the angles since it was my first try at this! Next time I'll be a little more brave!
