This cake was for a guy graduating from Mechanics school. Bottom cake is covered in MMF and fire was painted on fondant/gum paste mixture. Studs are made out of gum paste and painted with luster dust. Top cake is covered in Satin ice fondant and then hand grooved to make the look of a tire. Rim is made out of gum paste and covered with luster dust. The motorcycle is a die-cast and given to put specifically on the cake. I sculpted the guy out of gum paste. TFL
