This cake was so pretty. Fondant covered sprayed with pearl dust gumpaste roses I dusted and sprayed with pearl dust as well. Just gorgeous. Then.....the hotel staff messed with it! It was horrible. It ended up toppling over and I had to try to repair it during the reception. It was vanilla on bottom, chocolate in middle and red velvet on top. It still tasted great!
