I had the great fortune to spend the day with Maisie Parrish, an amazingly talented lady that designs the most wonderful cakes. This is Ballerina Mice - my version following the fantastic workshop that Maisie runs:) The cake is decorated with sugar paste and the figures made with modelling paste and flower (gum) paste. I had a great time making the cute little mice! Thank you Maise for a wonderful day!
