I made this cake for my boyfriend's fathers birthday. I was going to buy a soccer ball pan, but I figured I would take a shot at carving a ball since I've never done so before. The cake is chocolate filled with a Peanut Butter Mousse and covered with MMF. I was going to cut out individual hexagons but instead indented the white fondant with my spatula. I have yet to taste it, but it looked and smelled amazing!
