The ball was sculpted from three layers of chocolate cake. It was covered in a thin layer of red fondant. Then the soccer ball pattern was cut from red and black fondant and I used quilting wheel to add the stitching texture. Bottom layer was made with green butter cream grass piped with "grass tip".
