I made this for our friend's daughter's 1st birthday. This little girl has a heart condition and has had several surgeries during her first year so the cake was made into a heart. The handle is made from RKT. The sides of the heart were made to match the squares of a quilt hanging in her bedroom, lots of hand painting. Cake is white/chocolate marble WASC, buttercream with crushed oreo filling, milk chocolate ganache, and covered and decorated with MMF (aside from the top and bottom buttercream borders). TFL!
