My first wedding cake :) I had bigger plans for this one (royal icing piped lace swags) but I think I jumped ahead of my capabilities lol so just glad the couple were friends and just left it up to me how the cake looked. This cake has a 12 inch chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream base, 9 inch carrot cake and cream cheese icing filling middle and a 6 inch vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream top. Iced in white fondant. Roses are gumpaste and the lace ribbons are from the material used on the bride's beautiful dress. Huge thanks to my sister for cradling it for me on the nerve racking hour trip to the venue.
