My sister asked me to do this cake for her boyfriend when he landed his first real "suit and tie" job at a bank. This was my first time covering a cake with fondant (I used homemade MMF). All decorations are MMF except for the store bought gold coins. Thanks to CC for the inspiration! Cake is dark chocolate fudge filled with coconut cream BC.
