This cake was 4 full sheets. It was done about 25 years ago for my city's 75th anniversary. The local newspaper was supposed to come out and take pictures for the front page with the Mayor cutting the cake etc.. The photographer arrived an hour early and since I wasn't there with the cake yet, he went down to the local bakery and bought a 1/4 sheet cake with a plastic train on it and that's what ended up on the front page. Boy was I mad! Anyway, nobody got to see it except the few at the ceremony so I thought "Why not show it here?" The top is the city logo all done in colorflow. I didn't have a camera big enough at the time to get the whole thing in on a close-up shot.
