I believe the fish itself was originally a Colette Peters creation, so special thanks to Colette for helping to make my Dad's 60th Birthday celebration a huge hit! Used a combo of Airbrushing and hand painting to add details to fish and wood grain. A LOT of cake--used a 12 x 17" roasting pan to make cutting board. White Sour Cream Cake filled with an IMBC flavored with Trablit Coffee Extract. YUMMM!!!
