I made these cupcakes for my own wedding 1/10/09. They were a white cake with flakes of dark chocolate filled with a whipped cream mixture (whipped cream, roasted hazelnuts, raspberries, and crush Heath), topped with a thin layer of ganache, and then iced with a white chocolate cream cheese frosting. Everyone loved them!
