Idea straight out of galleries. Thanks to tutugirl's husband for help with icing color, even though I messed it up, and didn't get the color I wanted! Carved 9"x13", covered in BC, with fondant "fat".

When I saw this on the homepage, I was thinking, "Why would someone post a piece of meat in the gallery?" Now I know! lol---Great job! This really does look like a steak!
