Red Velvet with Whilte Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting and whit chocolate moistening syrup. The grad caps are candy melts. I used little plastic serving bowls for the molds then painted them with frosting and piped the tassles with more candy melts. My handwriting sucks! :P Didn't turn out too bad for two days notice and no plan.
