My third time making a cake with gumpaste blocks but it's my first time making a bear cake. Bear is poundcake, top tier is white cake and the bottom tier is chocolate. Baby feet on cupcakes and on baby blocks are made with chocolate molds. Client got the idea from the wilton book. I had to adjust the block size everytime since wilton uses a larger cake size.
