This is the second of two cakes ordered for a party for a customer who just graduated Pharmacy school. Choc cake with fresh fruit and choc ganache filling. Covered with fondant, fondant accents. The cake is big - 12" by 24". More cracking in the fondant that I am very unhappy with, but the overall design did turn out just as the customer wanted. The design was given to me by the customer, so thank you if this was your design originally!
