This is one of two cakes ordered for a party celebrating a Pharmacy school graduate. Red Velvet cake covered with blue fondant, gumpaste details. Today was the first hot day of the year in our area, and I forgot how much fondant tends to crack and be more difficult to work with on a 90+ degree day, so there are cracks in the fondant that I am not happy with. A picture of a similar cake was provided to me by the customer, so thank you if your original cake was the inspiration!
