The cake I made for my last day at my job today before I go off to work at an actual cake shop!! All roses are fondant. The cake is a WVSC (White Vanilla Sour Cream) cake with chocolate ganache (first time making it and it turned out great! I'm going to try it under fondant next!) and there are Kit Kats going around the outside. *Edited to say that this cake comes from the many other beautiful cakes like this made by CC'ers before me! I've been wanting to try it for some time!
