Needed a carved cake, Googled some images and found one. This is a mini version (1/2 Sheet) of one I saw on the internet w/a few tweaks. If ur the owner of the sheet cake OMG I OWE U LUNCH. I would have had no idea where to even start. Loved the crumbs every where from carving and carving ... and the mazillion cups of buttercream. All free hand piping. Some minor boo boo's but overall... I don't hate it. :D
