My first attempt at a topsy turvy cake... turned out alright - I made some mistakes & can hopefully make a better one next time! Bottom tier: 10" vanilla cake w/raspberry filling. Middle tier: 8" chocolate cake w/custard filling. Top tier: 6" carrot cake w/cream cheese filling. All tiers covered in fondant w/fondant accents; candle topper.
