My daughter has always loved the baby harp seal, so for her birthday she wanted a artic iceberg cake with a baby seal. This is an 8" cake covered with fondant. The seal was carved and stacked from a one layer 6" chocolate cake, covered with buttercream using the grass tip. TFL
