This was my 3rd fondant cake and 2nd attempt at a wonky or topsy-turvy cake. I made it for a friend's party. I was pretty pleased with how it turned out. A couple of problems here and there, but not too bad. Bottom is dark chocolate with dark chocolate ganache and top is vanilla with dark chocolate ganache. Crumb coated with vanilla buttercream and then all covered in MMF. Cut outs and pearls are coated with white pearl luster dust.
