Carrot Cake with cream cheese icing. Made for my DH's co-worker. He said he didn't like nuts on cake, but it didn't seem right to make a carrot cake without the nuts! So I made a pattern so he could have a nutless piece. He loved it and was fighting with his wife for the last piece!
