For my Son's 5th Birthday. This didn't quite come out the way I had planned. I've done plenty of 3D busts before, so structurally, this cake was very sound. The cake was too moist, so the shoulders literally fell off while I was decorating!! And the face came out all wrong because my first layer of fondant on the face was paper thin and I couldn't mold a thing out of it. Instead of removing the thin fondant, I just applied another layer over it...making it too thick!! So that's why his normal face looks a bit Mongo-ish!! LOL!! Thanks for looking!! Sorry Son!!
