I made this for my friend who is hosting her sister's baby shower. Mommy to be is a 49ers fan and wanted the cake to reflect that! WASC with faux bavarian cream and fresh strawberries for both tiers. I smooshed down my top tier too hard and it made the filling bulge a bit but all in all I was happy with the end result. PS- I'll take stacking a fondant cake over a buttercream cake any day, I thought I was gonna pull my hair out with how bad I messed it up during stacking.
