Literally just made these for my friend's college graduation party today. They are pink champagne cupcakes with buttercream frosting, added a little champagne to the frosting too. Topped with a gumpaste flower, and some edible glitter hearts. Also made the cupcake wrappers out of scrapbook paper in advance with some ribbons!
