Me and my sister-in-law made this cake for a "Welcome home" party for two Ukrainian young girls who were just adopted by my friends. I wanted something young and fun to welcome them to America! It is decorated in all fondant with feathers on top. We used 8 and 6 inch pans. Thanks for looking!
