this is a birthday cake for a friend's daughter's 7th birthday. they wanted an alice in wonderland theme. the alice in wonderland contest gallery was a huge inspiration! the bottom layer was the red queen's skirt, the middle layer was the mad hatter's hat, the top was alice up side down in a tea cup. all chocolate cake with vanilla and chocolate icing. fondant and gum paste decorations.
