This cake was made for a little boy who wanted two of his favourite AFL (Australian Football League!!) teams represented. The cake is vanilla buttercake filled with vanilla buttercream and the football is rich chocolate cake covered with fondant. The black guernsey looks a bit patchy but it was still drying after a brush with vodka!
