LOVED this wedding! Took forever, but the details made it so worth it. There were 300 mini cupcakes (each with a ribbon/bow tied around the cupcake & a fondant flower on top). Cupcakes were red velvet w/cream cheese, carrot w/cream cheese, almond w/raspberry fililng & buttercream, and chocolate w/chocolate ganache filling & chocolate BC. Cupcake tower cake was 3D cupcake (so cute!) - almond cake with buttercream frosting. Initials & hearts on cupcake were chocolate. Then there were other small desserts (which I didn't get pics of... boo!) about 800 of those total. And the dummy cake (in the other picture) so the bride could use her topper. Biggest wedding I've done yet!
