For my nephew's graduation from Indiana University. He has been an I.U. police officer for a while and now has a job with the Bloomington PD. SO proud of him. Chocolate cake and most all buttercream except the "ribbons" and seal on the badge. He LOVED this and wouldn't let anyone cut it at the party! HAHA! He got out his badge and had to show everyone that it looked exactly like the real thing. :) He had to take it to the station to show it off. :)
