This cake was close to ending up in the cake disaster album! My first attempt at filling and I know what to do better next time. I walked away from the cake that night and started with fresh eyes the next morning. I think it helped. I salvaged what I could! :) Cake is lemon with a lemon and raspberry filling covered in fondant. Thanks for looking!
