This was my first Gumpaste Flower cake. I had a wonderful time making the flowers and making it look like a wild flower field. This was for 3 college grad's who are "Thriving wild flowers" hence the theme for the cake. My Sugar Cookie Cake with White chocolate ganache filling and frosting. Royal Icing piping and grass, Gumpaste flowers. School motto in Latin on the top tier and Englesh on the bottom tier.
