I was given an inspiration photo by Jackie and was asked to make a cupcake or two based on the inspiration photo. The photo was of a model wearing a very brightly colored floral dress. So, I was inspired to create several cupcakes in various colors to represent the flowers on the dress. These were put in the very first issue of the Cake Central magazine...I was sooo honored!! Thanks Jackie!! The flower was inspired by a friend of mine on etsy who makes beautiful little fabric flower head bands. Since these cupcakes were made several months ago, I've since used this design on several other cake projects.
