made for a friend's birthday, who is a Coach fanatic. cake: red velvet w/ butter cream frosting. decorated: white MMF. Coach logo made with gold luster dust and C logo from cake central stencils. details using Wilton tools, lots of patience and time :o) my first time making a 3D cake. i was inspired by Coach's 2009 summer line of purses. next time i may slightly darken the fondant to a light beige and a use a beige or mixture of beige/gold luster dust.
