Dad's 64th birthday. I wanted to do something masculine and pretty. It's chocolate fondant, yellow cake with Italian butter cream filling. The dots are hand-piped chocolate dots later coated in confectioners glaze mixed with copper, bronze and brown metallic luster dust for a shiny metallic finish. The monogram is chocolate.
