For my little one's 3rd bday. From ideas here on CC, thanks everyone. One 9X12 chocolate cake cut in half, then stacked, a notch cut out around the middle. Iced in BC (smoothed with parchment paper). Accents are RI, pretzels, candy (hose is a starburst melted in microwave then rolled around gum). Ladder is all RI. Came out a lot better than I thought. (my son snagged a head light before I realized and took photos!)
