Have been wanting to make one of these for awhile now and I just happened to have left over stuff ready so decided to whip this up. The bowl is not cake but a bowl I found at the dollar store. I put a plastic container and a 8x8 board inside to make rise the board to the level I wanted. I used 9 cupcakes covered in cut up marshmallows to resemble popcorn. Added some yellow food colouring to the marshmallows as well.
