I had an idea in my head of how I wanted to make an Easter cake for our family gathering. I told my daughter what I wanted and she sketched it out for me. She did a great job and this is the outcome. I had so much fun doing this cake even though it was time consuming. I was hoping there would be an Easter cake contest so I could enter it. Oh well. The cake layers are strawberry, key lime, and yellow butter cake frosted with buttercream and accented with fondant. Thanks for looking.
