All fondant 9 +7". Elmo and balloons are gumpaste. There is a lot of luster dust on the balloons, but it does not really show in the pictures. I am sorry, but I can't remember who was the member that did this cake before, but it was a fabulous cake I tried to recreate. Thank you!
