I wanted to do ruffles around the cake but I was not sure on how to, so I got a flower cookie cutter and then I cut the flower in half then I used a round cookie cutter and used half of it on top, on the bottom i only cut the flower in half. Made verything from scratch, i've never taken a cake class all learned by Youtube....
