This cake I made for the Volunteer fire department stew and auction. They auctioned of the cake for $100.00 Which is great for our small community. The helmet I sculpted out of round cakes and used fondant strips under the fondant to give the shape more of a helmet look. The "badge" in front was made from gumpaste.The board is covered in fondant and I used food coloring and dry brush to make wood grain
