I wasn't going to make a cake for Easter because I had just got done making a very complicated cake for my Father's birthday but after looking at all the wonderful Easter cakes on CC Saturday night I ran out to my kitchen and baked a cake. Sunday morning I very quickly decorated it before the Easter egg hunt. I made a 4" cake for my granddaughter's first Easter with a cute baby bunny on it and a double layer 6" cake for my daughter & son-in-law. Both are red velvet with BC icing. I had a terrible time with the fondant around the bottom. Tried to hide it with grass & flowers. Thanks to elvis for the design of the bunnies. Thank you for looking !!!
