This cake was made as a quick back up for Easter because I was afraid my Easter cake was not going to work out! It is a carrot cake with cream cheese icing, covered in fondant with fondant daisies. I copied the design from another cake I saw on here (that cake was square and 2 tier). My husband insists it looks like a hat since I have it on a white platter but it is not intentional!
