Three layers of chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and chocolate truffle filling. Iced with a buttercream that requires white chocolate and chocolate shavings on each side of the cake. Topped with homemade chocolate truffles. Can you say "chocolate" overload. I bet you couldn't guess the recipient's favourite flavour??? I couldn't stand the smell of chocolate once I finished this one.
