Here's a little cake I made for my daughters 4th birthday. Cream Cheese frosting with fondant accents. Bottom cake is carrot and top cake is strawberry. If anyone out there has a cream cheese frosting recipe out there that has more of a butter-cream consistency, let me know - please. Thanks for looking. :)
